My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. While the rooms were basic and tired, they were still pleasant, and the hot food cooked to order was a nice touch. However, the noise from youths above was a downside. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around, but the service had its ups and downs. The dining experience was more than acceptable, offering a good selection for breakfast, although there was a hiccup with room allocation. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

The hotel had some drawbacks such as a very dated room with a grubby bathroom, and a disruptive fire alarm going off at 1.30am. However, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was acceptable. The location was convenient but had noise issues. Overall, it was a mixed experience due to room conditions and disturbances.

The hotel was like a block of kennels, in need of updating but serviced us for the whole 3-night stay. The rooms were connected to the adjacent room with locking doors on either side, which was handy but a bit peculiar. The location had its perks with nearby fast-food places and shops, but it also turned into a noisy spot with disturbances during the night. The dining options were decent but could use a bit more variety. Overall, the stay had its ups and downs.

I found the rooms to be very cheap and suitable for our needs, however, the room needed modernizing and more plug sockets. It took a while for the heater to warm up the freezing room. Booking through an intermediary increased the rate by 40%. The fire alarm incident was unsettling, especially with a baby with us.
